Hello
Hi, I’m Lee Kramer, and I’m passionate about helping young adults and professionals navigate life’s
transitions to uncover their potential, build resilience, and discover their passion and purpose. With over
twenty years of experience in higher education, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding individuals in
developing and achieving their academic, co-curricular, life, and career goals.
My coaching approach emphasizes growth, resilience, and a positive mindset. I specialize in helping
people overcome hurdles, discover their unique strengths, and find their authentic place and purpose in
the world.
Most recently, I served as the Director of Student Life at the Wharton School for over 15 years. During
that time, I worked with more than 2400 students annually, assisting them in various aspects of their
undergraduate experience. This included career exploration, wellness, budling community, personal and
professional development, leadership growth, and exploring international opportunities. Before my tenure
at Wharton, I worked in Student Affairs administration at the University of Pennsylvania and Emory
University and I began my career as a high school teacher.
I hold a B.A. from Emory University and an MBA from Drexel University. In addition to my academic
qualifications, I am a Certified Professional Coach, a Master Life Coach, and trained in Positive
Intelligence.
I am here to help you on your journey. Let’s work together to achieve your goals and realize your true
potential.
